Question re M11 code

Hi all.

Whilst looking for a one-night stay on Saturday 2 December and playing around with various codes, I came across a deal at the Marriott Hollins Hall near Leeds using the M11 code. It comes up at £66.66 for the night including breakfast. The rate rules say that it is a '3-for-2' promotion, where you stay Friday & Saturday night and get Sunday night free and that the discount for the Sunday night is already reflected in the rate quoted. The thing is, if I was to book this one night at this rate, am I likely to be asked to cough up the full rack rate as I'm not staying the 3 nights? Or is it a case of the fact that the Marriott web site allows you to book the one night, then the rate will be honoured?

Thanks very much
