A good hostel in Central hmmmmm......not likely.......unless you consider the Marriott in Pacific Place

Your best bets are around Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui.

You can go to www.asiaxpat.com.hk and search for hostels in their Hong Kong forum. You'll find plenty of options there....though none of them will be anywhere near Central MTR station.
