I have been flying CO for several years and have ALWAYS been able to book Exit Row in advance. I recently flew two round trips and they were in the Exit Row as well. I could never reserve online but was always able to call and get them. If CO had removed that privilege I would have left as a loyal customer a long time ago since as a GOLD member there is little benefit for me other than selecting good seats. I believe this agreement is bad for CO since Plats get upgraded before me so I end up in a bad seat in the worthless "Premium" cabin while someone with no status will be able to select this seat at the airport since all Elites usually get their seats early.

If this is the case, I am sad to say that CO in SFO will not be getting my business anymore.
