There is no 3A on the international version of the 767. You're probably in F on the two-class. Does it actually "say" business when you look online? Probably because you're booked into business, if it does.

As mentioned, if you can avoid them, these direct flights are a bad idea for a few reasons:

* It's not genuine; you're on separate flights on separate aircraft with very real layovers where you need to get off the plane.

* You are only going to get the nonstop IAD-HKG mileage, and not the total mileage for each leg. Probably minimal, but something to think about.

* You can't easily choose/see your seat assignments for each flight. You'll need to call reservations and ensure you have proper and good seat assignments for each segment.

If you get someone really helpful as reservations, maybe you can ask if those segments can be split up to display separately on your itinerary. It might be worth a try, at least.
