This is incorrect. When CO put the new web site up, it had/has a bug about the exit row seats. As another poster correctly stated I did get CO to save the exit row for Platinums then open it up day of flight for others (after plats get upgraded etc). The bug will be gone in the near future. Employees have been trained and will continue to be so, that the exit rows are reserved for platinums. Please do not call and try. All you will do is waste time and if you're successful, you likely will get someone in trouble.
