I was only saying to make a dummy booking to see if it's a 2 or 3-class 763 for the IAD-LAX segment.

The OP wanted to find out if the IAD-LAX segment had biz class and the only wany to see that for sure is to make a IAD-LAX-IAD dummy booking, as opposed to a IAD-HKG booking, which would not reveal the different equipments utilized on this route.
