Hello, I am new to this forum and hoping I can obtain some information ASAP. After just discovering Diners Club has a lounge at Vienna airport I have applied for their card. However, need to pay for airline tickets & not sure if I can wait to receive my Diners Club card to do so. Have received conflicting information from DC Customer service about requirements / cost to use lounge facilities at Vienna Airport. I will be transit/departing from Vienna 3 times during our holiday in October with my wife & daughter (16). Any comments would be appreciated but in particular would like to find out:
- must I purchase airline tickets with a DC Card to access their lounge free of charge?
- if I am the only DC card holder, are my wife and daughter charged to use the lounge, even I their tickets are purchased on my DC card?
- what facilities (food, drinks, internet & in particular are showers available as we have a 4 hour transit after a 24hr flight) are available at the DC Vienna lounge?Thanks
