Good. TWA is/was by far the worst airine I ever flew.It was a comedy of late and cancelled flights coupled with horrible customer service.
I made a decision in 2001 to burn all of my TWA miles and never fly them again. I booked 2 First class tix to Cairo. Outbound was OK although on board service was bad. On return, we boarded, flight was "delayed" for mechanical reasons and were held on board for 8 1/2 hours AT GUNPOINT before flight was cancelled. Then we were quarantied at the Cairo airport for a couple of more hours before being sent to a flea bag hotel for 2 days because TWA didn't have another flight. They refused to book us on another carrier and told us "sorry".

My last TWA experience before that was the cancellation of a return flight from London to STL in Jan 2000. A reason was never given but the flight had only about 30 people on it. They conveniently were able to accomodate all of us the next day and DID NOT pay for our accomodations the night we were stranded.
It will be a beautiful day in my book when their logo and brand identity are permanently erased from the annals of air travel.
