I think you'll struggle to find regular fares that low. It is much farther than europe and not much competition.

TN flies JFK-PPT and LAX-PPT.
FJ flies LAX-NAN and YVR-HNL-NAN.
NZ flies LAX-PPT-RAR, LAX-APW/TBU/NAN.

Anything else would require going via asia and/or australia/nz.
