Last Christmas, I sat at CLT for 6 hours while US Air tried to figure out what to do with a sick bird and those of us assigned to it. They ended up having to bus us to our destination, which I arrived at a full 13 hours after my departure from TPA. I was able to get a $100.00 voucher out of the airline after a nasty email about their poor service.
