I agree with you, it ought to be a given yet time and again human error proves that it isn't and that the airport operator needs to be on top of this at all times.

But, I do appreciate that there needs to be balance between the needs of the shareholders and the passengers, so I will agree that there needs to be a shift in that balance at the moment as it is not where it should be.
