No, pax movements are also not the only measure of how an airport is. I'd rather use an airport which is inefficent and safe than an airport which is efficient and unsafe. Just my choice though - believing that my life is more important than inconvenience. (And no, i'm not referencing specifically security... i'm talking about all the myriad things that airports have to do to ensure safe movement of aircraft on the airfield for example...)
