He's just another passenger who only sees one side of airport operations, and has no real inkling of all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. It's very easy to criticise something you don't know an awful lot about, but think you do. Yes, their handling of the security has been awful. But security is not the be all and end all of an airport, or indeed the only measure of how an airport is run.
