Even with JetBlue on Concourse A and being able to cross the bridge at that hour you would most likely not make the shuttle. At that late hour there are less trains which run between the concourses. I would recommend staying at a local airport hotel on Tower Road, and then catch a shuttle up around 9am and you will make it in plenty of time.

Another option you have depending on where your meeting is located in Boulder is the SkyRide Bus service. This runs $10 one way.
