I have been staying at Hilton and recently my company changed the policy which forced me to stay at Marriott from now on for my business trips.
All my hotel stays are direct bill. For my last 2 stays at Marriott I didn't get credit in my rewards account. When I called Customer Service they told me that All the direct bill stays are not eligible for rewards stay.
Is it true? I never had any problem with Direct bill stays at Hilton.
Is there any work around?
