Re the HNL-OGG (actually ALL the nice HA inter-island flights) HA flights. Some are official code share and some are not. The official CO code share price is usually 2-8 times the non code share price. If you give HA your OnePass number you will/should receive CO elite miles, etc. They are usually very slow to post to OnePass..
