Another painful 45 minute session with India trying to see if I could get my SkyTeam reservation in the NWA 352 day window.....after I explained all the windows to the rep and that SkyTeam member Korean Airlines was able to do it I got put on hold....then the rep said he was able to do it....so I asked him to please email it to me....after a long hold he came back on to say his supervisor tried several different ways to do it but could not...I have to do it in the 331 day window.

So I though I would try again based on the above advice....and I got hooked up with Atlanta's call center......I was so happy to speak to someone in the USA....she tried to do it but said it could not be done. Oh well I tried....at least that only took me 5 minutes.

Hey Delta....why can't you book FF tickets on a SkyTeam member when their window is open???? why does it all have to be done in your 331 day window?
