If you opt for NW miles, you would get same for the option A. Since you can get HA interisland tickets for only 5K.

Last time I got HA flight coupons from a travel agent is Lihue for $49; I think you get save a few $ if you buy the flight coupons from travel agents. If you are HA resident, you can get lower fares right?
