It looks as if registration is not required. They had a similar promo last year and no registration was required then. Be certain to give Hawaiian Airlines your Onepass number at reservation time and recheck upon HA check-in. It does not have to be a CO code share flight. Posting of miles is slow as they seem to sweep about every 2-3 months. Do NOT buy your ticket through CO. Outrageous pricing. Buy as a separate set of tickets......you will save hundreds of dollars.

Also Outrigger Hotels is giving 2X miles. They are a large mid-range hotel chain in HI, on every island and usually a bargain. They have specials and a web site at http://www.outrigger.com .
