I usually stick with buying tickets directly from the airline websites, or Orbitz, or expedia, but I have an upcoming trip to Chile that I want to add in a few stopovers on the way back. None of these websites will let me construct it properly (like a travel agent is able to) because they force certain airlines or connections without choice (and not enough date/leg fill in boxes). I like United's schedule option that lets you choose individual legs, but it can't do anything but United (and this will necessarily involve LAN).

Do any of you have a good recommendation for what reputable ticket purchase website may allow me to do this? otherwise it may have to be ponying up the $40 travel agent fee....
