I just stayed there (IC Suites)and I don't think any of the employees know what they are doing. The clerk told me it was a PC promo. The little sign at the check in desk said all ambassadors receive a bonus 8000 pc points, free internet, and $30.00 in breakfast. I will see if I get the points.
I am an RA and I also got a free movie. No upgrade, no welcome amenity, no minibar. Check in was a long process with one employee at 10pm. A women in a wedding dress was upset because there was no one to help with her luggage. The room was nice. Breakfast was a disaster. An overpriced buffet that wasnt any where as good as a Homewwod suites. $55.00 with tip for 2 adults and 2 children. Thank goodness I got 30.00 off!! They had no food on the buffett and were slow to refill. Parking was 14.00. If I get the bonus points I guess I will be ok with the hotel. My rate was 98.00.
