The other story is that she was claustrophobic and went batty due to encroachment into her "space".
It's like the time someone wrote "BOB" on a barf bag, and someone else idiotically decided that stood for "Bomb On Board." The obvious point that the nervous Nellies always neglect is that a would-be terrorist is very unlikely to advertise his or her presence in such a fashion. In fact, the only people who
would be dumb enough to do so would be mentally disturbed individuals, and I don't see them as being able to effectively construct and smuggle onboard weapons / bombs, either.
Didn't they have a diversion of a UA p.s. flight last year when a Japanese gentleman wrote something in his notebook about "bomb" and had an iPod and some lip balm in his bag?
