I thought back in the 80s there were two ICs in Helsinki? But like here in Toronto, their rates most certainly were not in the laughable range that the two in Cleveland are being offered at...
BTW we've always speculated on whey there are two ICs in, of all places, Cleveland. I think we determined it was because with a major presence in the Shiekdoms of the oil rich Middle East, many affluent locals who seek medical treatment abroad, select the medical centre in Cleveland, and thus their families and patients themselves often fly over and camp out at these ICs. As would visiting physicians from certain parts of the world where the IC brand is their standard of Deluxe/Five Star hoteldom. A curious microcosm within the IC fermament.
