The DFT and BAA have worked very closely to try to secure the perimter, but obviously we still have areas where someonec can enter undetected.

After pausing for thought, I can believe it, but I am still surprised as let's be honest, if someone was doing this repeatedly and security and the police knew who it was (how else would they know this was happening) wouldn't they have done something to him e.g arrest him?? Or do they just given 'em asbos these days?
