Yep - it says utility bill, bank statement or council tax bill ... The prospective additional card holder has an Irish address currently (but will be moving here shortly) - so utility bill/bank statment is no problem ... council tax can't do as we dont' have council tax in Ireland

I'll give AMEX a call @ some stage and let the board know what I find out in case it's of any use to anyone else
