It seems to me that all European airlines have stopped selling alcohol and cigarettes on board their intra-EU flights. SAS - no, Finnair - no, Lufthansa - no, Air Portugal - no ...some of my recent flights. But they still sell perfumes, candy and other goods.
Airports on the other hand are another matter. So far it's only Sweden that has stopped all alcohol sales at the airports for travellers to EU countries. It seems to be for sale at other places, but not at tax (duty) free prices. So the price then depends on what the country's tax rate is. I picked up a litre of Gordon's Gin (made in England) at Lisbon airport the other day for less than USD 11.00 (GBP 6.50). That's a pretty good price and cheaper than it ever was at Stockholm airport when they still sold tax free.
