I booked one Delta SkyMiles ticket via the India Call Center.....and it was painful. Delay after delay and a few errors they told me they made an error, not to worry, they are going to charge me more than I owe but it would be refunded...the call went on and on. I was running late so I had to take the phone into the shower with me....I was able to take a shower while on hold and dry off by the time they finally fixed it all.....62 minutes total on my phone.
Wow.....I never expected that.....very painful....and I am going to have to call them back to change the return when the 331 day window opens up....not looking forward to it.
Is this common?
