I just got my first unsolicted customer service bonus, 7k miles for a flight delayed about four hours. My husband (EXP) and a colleague flying with us (PLT) got it as well.

There are at least two other threads right now from people who also got CS bonuses, so hopefully they are indeed becoming more prevalent
