Travelling Business we were put in the Lounge at the new Terminal...
So you missed the 12:00 Buenos Aires services and you were succesfully relocated to the inmediatly next service at 00:00 to Buenos Aires ...

and , did you stay 12 hours in the lounge ? From 12:00 mid-day to 00:00 mid-night ?

Why the hell didn't you visited Madrid ? or the main T4 ?

or went to the Prado museum , or to see a Real Madrid match ...

or go to the cinema ... twice !

WOW .. 13 hours in a lounge !

Congratulations !

Madrid metro puts you in central Madrid in 12 Minutes from T2 , costing 1 Euros ( less than 1 british pound)

Did some rude IB staff recluded you in the lounge ?

On boarding we found ALL the economy passengers had been sent to Hotel rooms and given meal vouchers.
Did you talked to ALL. ?

Hablas espaņol ?

So Iberia treats its Business passengers worse than it treats its Economy passengers.

From first half 2006 report at iberia.com

"...while demand grew by 17.6%, which added up to a load factor of 82.5%, a 4.1-point rise. Business Plus posted even larger gains, with a 11.3-point rise in occupancy from the level marked a year earlier."

IB is leader in premium traffic between Europe and LatAm over AF and is increasing it's leadership , specially in Business Class.

The service in Madrid Airport was RUDE - not just poor.
So IB staff was rude ..

Now it's AENA's Madrid airport staff that you feel also to be RUDE to you ....

How many more spanish did you feel to be RUDE to you ?

In short - they just want your money.
Next time ask BA for a free ticket .!

Pay any extra and travel with anyone else.
For this specific route I have a recomendation for you

Why not to try Air Madrid ?
