Not a big fan of SDF, either, although I had better luck with the counter. The lady gave me a Grand Prix (which I hate) and I asked for another vehicle. She rummaged around and called out what she had available, so I took an Impala LTZ. If you really hate the vehicle, escalate it to the manager on duty. Might help (might not)...
