Yes I would not give them a 10 out of 10 since we had a rocky start but I think that the front desk agent was the only one that needed more training. All of the other staff members that we encountered gave us accurate information and was able to answer all questions. We had a wonderful stay, not a perfect stay and we plan to stay again in the near future.
