By this measure, QX should have F seats. I was previously of the mindset that "ok, you've shoved me into a 1 cabin CR7 for 1.5 or more hours, but at least I get cup or two of vino, and a respectable snack." But I guess the company line is "If the people in the more comfortable plane can eat ricechips, so can you."
It sounds like the "harmonization" is in B-Flat.
