Now that you mention it, most people don't know that saline implants can be added to
in situ by an MD (commonly done after cancer surgery in prreparation for the permanent implants). The temporary implants have valves which are accessed by a hypodermic needle.
I guess a sufficiently determined and well-financed organization could have implants filled with something other than saline, which a dedicated suicidal woman could empty in a restroom on the plane.
Maybe we'll see it reported on Fox News.
