Unfortunately I'm a below-lowly non-status pax on oneworld. Not even accumulating to AAdvantage anymore.
Yes, I perhaps got better results from CO in part for being mid-tier elite with their partner NW. But for something like these types of changes, any pax should get correct information (granted after a longer wait in the phone queue than an elite.)
