I use my cell phone for the NW contact #. I also carry all the arline schedules in my palm pilot. MEM to ATL has a lot of flights Delta and Airtran. You jsut have to be forceful and they will book you on another airline. I kknow this is all after the fact, but live and learn. I am the only one looking out for what is best for me. NW is looking out for what is best for them.
