Can I submit a bill to the TSA when I get fined for walking in a public building without shoes, which is still a health code violation? I wonder if the airport can bill them when they are also fined for allowing it to happen.

More importantly, I wonder if AA might be kind enough to refund my tickets for next month. I'm not catching some foot fungus or virus that stays for life just because the TSA wants to play their little fear games. Somehow I expect I'm just going to have to eat the $700, though.
