Linking to a "higher authority" has a couple of disadvantages - primarily, the original language isn't always very clear, so in some significant areas a newbie would be left with questions rather than answers. Oldbies too, sometimes, like yours truly.

A nit, the airline's all-caps teletype format (when will they get over that???) and general formatting isn't particularly legible in a PC world.

Finally, isn't it true that the OW rules as published by the several OW carriers differ from one another? e.g. BA recently decided to invent a bunch of "WC" fares to handle their disagreement with AA (?) over eastern-bloc fares.
