Effective immediately the UK Department of Transport has relaxed the rules for carry on baggage. One carry on only will be permitted. Laptops are now okay, but cellphones are not. Liquids and gels are still not permitted.

As usual, none of the airlines, or airport websites have been brought up to date yet.
