For BA: BA Connect has rebranded some of the subs (not sure which).
Haven't made a change yet; will hope someone has the new brands.
For QF: Jetstar (JQ) is allowed if a QF codeshare (but not as JQ code).

with a caveat that the official rules change frequently and the FAQ is a summary of the rules and not always accurate
