The OneWorld Explorer FAQ was put together in 2004. It was correct at the time it was written, but changes have subsequently occurred. We've had someone as recently as today quote part of it. Unfortunately it was inaccurate information and had wasted some of their time in planning a trip..

Viajero just gave me a number of edits, which I have made. Would those of you who are experts on the rules take a look and see if more changes should be made? I am particularly looking for needed changes in posts 1 and 2.
