I can't recall if it was from Shure themselves or Head-Fi but I ordered an assortment pack of eartips to see which ones fit best. The triple-flange pieces do offer the best seal but I find 'em uncomfortable and use the grey soft flex sleeves in Medium.

IMO the Fit Kit is what you need.
