The 73-700 has a small, reduced height closet (about 4' high). While FA's shouldn't (can't say won't) have a problem with hanging your tux, it won't hang freely (the bottom will be bunched up on the floor of the closet). Often crew totes are put in the closet, in order to save overhead space, with no guarantee of neat placement. I usually tell PAX that their special items are safer in the OH bin if monitored and placed on top of other items.
