Priceline in asia does not work the same way as it does in the USA.

There is a minimum price before your 'bid' gets accepted. And usually that rate is what you can get at normal TAs who use consolidator / bulk hotel rates anyway.

Same goes for the airfares.

Honestly PL asia is a waste of time and effort.
