Edmonton - The Fringe Festival is the largest Fringe theatre festival in North America running for its 25 th year. August 17-27. There are also a number of festivals going on in Edmonton in August. http://www.festivalcity.ca/
"The Roost" I hear is a popular GLBT club but my friend says it is a m--t market with mostly young ppl. Pride Week was in June this year.
