Of course this is a GTAA issue, though it will be AC's front line staff -- and those at the destination cities -- who will be facing the wrath of passengers. (Jeez, who's gonna volunteer to make that announcement at the gate or on board the airplanes?) Wonder if GTAA will be rebating any AIFs for those inconvenienced by this breakdown? And of course AC will have to pay the cost of delivering bags to tens of thousands at the other end of their trips, once bags actually do get to the same destinations!
