We made our way down the crew line and where promptly stopped by a uniformed TSA agent, who was making an announcement to all in line. He informed us that no liquids what-so-ever, where being allowed into the cabin. He gave no reason as to why and when we questioned him about uniformed crewmembers operating the flight, he stated we where not exempt from this new restriction. What a mess it was all day at every airport.

I would just like to extend my thanks to all of our wonderful JetBlue customers who took the new restrictions in stride and went with the flow and tried to do their best to cope. We where full all the way out to SMF and not once did I hear a single complain from our customers. You guys where extremely classy and took it all in stride and entered the aircraft with a smile, even with what you just endured at the checkpoints.

It was my pleasure to serve you and hope to see you all on a future JetBlue flight.
As a Alaska employee we have been told we are exemp as long as we are in uniform
