As already noted, Peru airport taxes are payable in cash only - either USD or nuevo soles accepted. I've flown DFW-LIM twice this year (May & June) and both times AA had already included the departure tax in my ticket price. LAN isn't doing that ondomestic flights. And I haven't flown LAN to Lima lately so don't know their policy for international flights.
