Sad day indeed.

Any suggestions as to what card to replace it with which earns 1 QF point per dollar spent?

Preferably not an Amex or Diners and not issued by Citibank. Insurance and all the other 'extras' are unimportant - I'm just after the 1:1 earn ratio (annual points cap is fine).
