Where is Air Canada's Contingency Plan to deal with the 'new' on board problems as a result of the restrictions on fluids,
et al.
Why has AC not made any comment about what 'they' intend on doing for PAX in the face of the new security restrictions.
Why hasn't AC told the public that because of these new restrictions, there will be additional water and beverage services for all PAX and that PAX can expect full co-operation from the FA's on recieving reasonable assistance in the event of hardships experienced because of these new rules.
I would have thought that AC would have been more pro-active in comming out of the gate in making sure that these rules will impact PAX only in the most minimal of ways!
After all, we all have to share in the burden and inconvience that these changes have caused, don't we?
