Does BA have something akin to Rule 240? - they won't endorse me

All - I'm not familiar with BA's contract of carridge. In the U.S., delays like those currently being experienced at LHR would obligate the operating carrier to endorse the ticket to the traveler's carrier of choice, subject to availability. BA refuses to do this, and will only rebook for future flights on BA. Is this in violation of their contract? Should I press this issue further? Rule 240 is a godsend for U.S. travelers, I've invoked it hundreds of times (well, tens) with 100% success.
